Sustainability and the search for alternatives that help the environment are present in all sectors. It couldn't be any different in the construction industry. With climate change, sustainability becomes not just an ethical choice, but an urgent need. Thinking about the future, CasaPronta Tubarão exhibitors changed their ways of building and working and started to think even more about society.

Aiming to bring more sustainability, longevity and durability of products, the company JM Divisórias e Decorações, from Capivari de Baixo, changed the way he works in construction. "Today, the company works on two main fronts on the issue of sustainability. At the construction site, through conscious waste management, we direct in an ecologically correct way through partnerships that understand the importance of the topic and that collect leftover flooring. From these productions of new floors with recycled base, we have truly intelligent waste management”, details Carlos Roberto Machado, co-owner of JM Divisórias e Decorações.

Working with construction or renovation finishing materials, the company guarantees that sustainability brings benefits. “Given that we manage good businesses that will go beyond us, Thinking about sustainability in construction means thinking about longevity and durability, points of indisputable importance in the construction area. The need arose with increased awareness given through facts, making it clear that if we want to live in the future, care is needed in the present”, highlights.

The company Lumie Solar also has its work related to the topic. “Solar energy is a renewable and clean source, that does not emit pollutants during its production. It reduces dependence on fossil fuels, like coal and oil, contributing to climate change mitigation. Furthermore, Solar systems are low maintenance and offer long-term savings, as energy costs are significantly reduced. Then, in addition to providing clean energy, Solar energy generates financial savings for those who use it, also generating comfort and prosperity in a sustainable way”, explains Murilo Rigoni, director of Lumie Solar.

Working with solar energy, Rigoni explains that the company is attentive to changes in sustainability. "We are engaged. Solar energy is one of the main sources of clean energy today. The savings generated in this format vary according to the size of the system and the energy consumption of the location.. Generally, consumers can save considerably on their electricity bills. Expectations for CasaPronta Tubarão

The co-owner of JM Divisórias e Decorações comments that this will be the company's second participation in the fair. “We have high expectations of making new connections, we present to partners quality products in the area of construction finishes and ergonomic furniture, in the certainty that together with the other participants, we will have an excellent fair”, observes Machado.

The director of Lumie Solar participated in two editions of CasaPronta Tubarão. “Our expectation is to connect with visitors and share sustainable solutions for homes and businesses, highlighting the importance of energy efficiency and solar energy as a viable and economical option”, scores.

In this year, the CasaPronta Tubarão Fair will feature companies from different regions of Santa Catarina and also Rio Grande do Sul. In its 12th edition, the event will be held 5 a 9 of June, at Farol Shopping, and presents news in the construction sectors, furniture and decoration.
