Green gains space in decoration and stands out among the trends at CasaPronta Criciúma
Gift in upholstery, furniture, walls and decorative objects, tonality reflects movement towards nature and appreciation of affective environments
Those who walk through the corridors of the 23rd CasaPronta Criciúma Fair will find a color that is repeated in different environments: the green. Gift in upholstery, furniture, walls and decorative objects, the tonality appears in several proposals presented by exhibitors. If in the previous edition brown gained prominence, This year, green attracts attention and follows a movement in interior design that seeks to bring environments closer to nature.
For architect Jamile Zanette, This choice is related to a change in the way people want to live and relate to spaces. Amid fast-paced routines and excess information, the search for environments that transmit welcome and allow us to slow down is growing.
“There is a movement for us to get closer to the essential things in life. The tendency is to look for the emotional part. And we are part of nature, so everything associated with it awakens this desire to get closer. This is what we see with brown, green and also blue, colors that refer to natural elements”, explains the architect.
Affective decoration also gains space
According to Jamie, the appreciation of natural colors is part of a broader trend, that puts personal experiences and memories at the center of architecture and decoration projects. Family objects, photographs and pieces that carry stories now have space in the compositions, even when they do not necessarily follow an aesthetic standard.
"Today, What is related to our essence and what we consider important becomes seen as a luxury. It could be an element of grandmother's house, a photograph or some souvenir. What we seek is to bring this affection into the home and transform environments into places that really have meaning for those who live in them”, affirms.
The architect notes that this movement also influences the work of professionals. In addition to choosing materials and colors, the project also needs to consider the routine, the references and experiences of each resident. It is from this conversation that the architect is able to identify which elements can contribute to making the space more personal..
Fair brings trends and consumers together
For Jamie, the CasaPronta Fair also plays a role in this process by allowing visitors to discover different decoration proposals and identify elements they would like to incorporate into their own home. "Often, the person finds a piece of furniture at the fair, a color or detail that catches your attention. She records that and then takes this reference to talk to the architect. It is through this exchange that we are able to understand what really matters to the client and transform this perception into a project”, Explain.
The 23rd CasaPronta Criciúma Fair brings together 200 exhibitors of the construction sectors, furniture and decoration, presenting products, services and trends for those who want to build, renovate or transform environments.
