Sales success and new customers already mark the CasaPronta Fair

Business is in full swing at the CasaPronta Fair in Criciúma. The event, that happens until Sunday (19), at the José Ijair Conti Pavilion, is consolidated, year after year, as a favorable environment for those looking for solutions and good opportunities in the construction sectors, furniture and decoration.

Sachett Lumber, from Capivari de Baixo, is one of the major commercial highlights of the CasaPronta Fair. In this year, have already been sold 12 houses until this Saturday night (18), and the prospect is to surpass last year's turnover, when 20 contracts were signed during the event.

Before first participation in the fair, em 2024, Criciúma represented only 10% of Sachett's turnover. “I was more part of Imbituba, Laguna, Shark and Northern Arm. By participating in fairs, 30% of my market is here in the region”, explains Pedro Felisbino, one of the owners of the lumber company.

Democratic product

Sales success is directly related to Sachett's credibility, that there are more than 50 years working in the construction market working with quality wood. Cost-benefit is one of the great attractions for closing deals.

“The added value of wood is a little lower, so we can build larger square footages at a cheaper cost than masonry. And today our market has also migrated to medium and high standard wooden houses, with elaborate architecture and a better price than masonry”, affirms.

Customer prospecting environment

Ortcons Incorporadora is also satisfied with the result of the CasaPronta Fair., from Palhoça. The company presents Ocean View Lake Resort, high standard condominium located in Balneário Rincão.

They are 190 lots distributed in 25 hectares in the Pedreira neighborhood. Part of the infrastructure is located on the banks of Lagoa Rincão, with marina, pier and beach tennis court.

“We came to the fair precisely to present the project and attract customers. We offer this space with two clubs, the Lagoa Club and the Central Club, in addition to a Sports Complex. Brokers are very happy with the capture of leads”, explains Aline dos Passos, manager at Ortcons Incorporadora.

Last day of CasaPronta

The CasaPronta Fair closes this Sunday (19). They are 170 exhibitors presenting trends, innovation and competitive prices at the largest fair in Santa Catarina to integrate the civil construction sectors, furniture and decoration. On the last day, the fair operates from 14 to the 19 hours.
