Almost 50 thousand visitors: CasaPronta Fair closes with high volume of sales and prospects
The 22nd CasaPronta Fair ended this Sunday (19) over 50 thousand visitors, high turnover, customer prospecting, exhibition of brands and products, and with a date set for the edition of 2026 of the event in Criciúma and Tubarão.
Given the success of this year's edition, Nossacasa Feiras e Eventos has already set the dates for the 23rd edition in Criciúma, that will occur 14 a 18 of October, at the José Ijair Conti Pavilion, traditional event stage. In Tubarão, will occur from 10 a 14 of June, in the Farol Shopping parking lot.
“The number of visitors increased compared to 2024 and with this the prospect of effectively carrying out business. This shows a warming up of the construction sectors, furniture and decoration. Now, our focus is to improve events for 2026”, says the director of Nossacasa Feiras e Eventos, Jacqueline Backes.
Closed deal
After five days of event, exhibitors celebrate success and plan a post-fair with lots of work. A My House, from Morro da Fumaça, works with prefabricated concrete houses with the promise of delivering them ready within 30 dias. Until then, the company worked directly with construction companies and took advantage of CasaPronta to expand its business, also launching the product to the end customer.
“We closed deals and sold houses already. But as we also serve through Minha Casa Minha Vida, we forward many pre-closed deals, which now depend on credit approval. We have some 40 pre-closed and more 400 customers to serve after the fair”, explains civil engineer Thiago Pierri, director of My House.
CasaPronta Fair connects companies to customers
The main objective of My House at CasaPronta was to expose the brand and introduce the product to key potential customers. The same goes for Madeireira Pacheco and 321 Modular, from Jaguaruna, who presented a modular chalet model that was a success among visitors.
Over the five days of the fair, almost ten chalets were sold to Jaguaruna buyers, Laguna, Orleans, Criciúma and Balneário Rincão. “We are there 40 years on the market and, there are two, we started the modular line factory for wooden chalets. The fair exceeded our expectations: we had more than 500 contacts of people interested in building and we will have, sim, a very significant number of sales”, endorsement Samuel Pacheco, director of the Pacheco Group and 321 Modular.
Brand exposure and market positioning
There are also those who participated in the fair with a focus on market positioning and brand visibility. This is the case of Ofer Distribuição, from Içara, who works with home equipment, as a pool line, sink crushers, water purifiers, among other items.
“Our stand was very busy and we left here with a lot of leads. The result was satisfactory: we formalize sales, but we hope to have results in the long term and we will measure this over the next three months”, plans Tiago Ril, commercial director of Ofer Distribuição.
Technology and management also gain space
To Ema Systems, from Criciúma, also sought exposure for the brand at the CasaPronta Fair — and achieved the objective. The company operates with systems aimed at business management and has more than 600 customers distributed across 18 states. Strategy specialist, management and operation of e-commerce and marketplaces, Ema reinforced its presence at the event.
“Our main objective was to get closer to businesspeople and show that we are present in the region. We take great care to understand customers' problem and challenges, to deliver a personalized solution. And we found good opportunities in the construction material and electrical sectors”, says Ana Júlia Cabreira, marketing coordinator at Ema Sistemas.
