At the CasaPronta Tubarão Fair, exhibitor presents solution that helps woodworks to expand production without investing in machines

The CasaPronta Tubarão Fair is not just a space to connect companies with the end consumer. With each edition, the event also strengthens partnerships between businesses, creating opportunities for suppliers, service providers and professionals working in the civil construction sectors, furniture and decoration.

Among the exhibitors of this 14th edition is Madeira – Cutting and Fitting, company in Tubarão that offers a service aimed especially at carpentry shops in the region. The proposal is to outsource stages of furniture production, delivering already cut pieces, taped and ready for assembly.

Over 25 years of experience in the furniture sector, the company emerged from the family's own experience in carpentry. According to Gabriel Braga Madeira, son of owner Elias de Oliveira Madeira, The idea was born from the need observed in the daily lives of professionals who do not have the structure to invest in high-cost equipment.

“We do all the cutting of the sheets and the fitting of the pieces. The carpenter receives everything ready to carry out pre-assembly. This reduces process steps, increases productivity and allows him to serve more customers without having to invest in machines or hire specialized labor”, Explain.

The service covers everything from furniture for bedrooms and kitchens to wardrobes., bathrooms and custom designs. The company operates mainly in Tubarão, Laguna, Imbituba and Criciúma.

According to Gabriel, demand for the service has grown in recent years, driven by the difficulty of finding qualified professionals and the increase in the number of carpentry shops in the region. “Many professionals work alone or with small teams. By outsourcing cutting and taping, they can save time, increase production and focus on assembly and customer service”, highlights.

Participating in CasaPronta for the first time, the company found the fair an opportunity to present the solution to new audiences and expand its network of contacts. “It has been a very positive experience. Many people know the work of carpenters, but they didn't know that this type of production support service existed. The fair has helped to showcase this alternative to both professionals and the general public”, affirms.

Farol Shopping hosts the CasaPronta Tubarão Fair until Sunday
