From construction to design: Criciúma experiences five days of inspiration and business with the CasaPronta Fair

The 22nd edition of the CasaPronta Fair opened its doors this Wednesday (15) for five days of business, connections and discoveries of new trends in the construction sectors, furniture and decoration. The event runs until Sunday (19), at the José Ijair Conti Pavilion, in Criciúma (SC).

In this year, the fair brings together 170 exhibitors, consolidating itself as the largest fair in Santa Catarina to integrate the three segments. The expectation is that around 50 thousand people visit the place over the five days of programming.

“CasaPronta is a reflection of the potential and creativity of our sector. We bring together companies here, professionals and visitors who move the economy and drive trends. It's a great showcase, with all the latest construction, furniture and decoration”, says Jaqueline Backes, director of NossaCasa Feiras e Eventos.

For the company director, Willi Backes, CasaPronta fulfills the purpose of connecting entrepreneurs, architects, engineers, end customers and everyone who is part of the economic chain that drives the sectors represented by the event.

“CasaPronta was born with the purpose of bringing people together, ideas and business. It is a space to share knowledge, strengthen partnerships and boost regional development. See this connection happen, year after year, It is the greatest proof that the event fulfills its role”, Explain.

Beyond business: CasaPronta as a knowledge hub

This year's edition features the space “CasaPronta Scenarios – Lectures that Build the Future”, environment created to debate trends, technologies and transformations in the civil construction sectors, decoration and furniture. There will be lectures aimed at brokers, with support from the Regional Council of Realtors (I grew up).

“Creci will create two days of lectures to help all our brokers become increasingly better and qualified for the market. There are different types of lectures, from motivational to other professionals talking about their experience and success stories. Also about economics, marketing and artificial intelligence, which is already very present in our industry”, argues Duda Mondardo, Creci advisor.

This Thursday (16), the lectures will be given by Edson Silva, executive director of Urban Planning at Criciúma City Hall; Kamila Wolf, businesswoman and founder of Wolf Imobiliária; and Teco Padaratz, two-time world surfing champion, businessperson, musician and motivational speaker.

The Mayor of Criciúma, Vaguinho Espíndola, remember that Silva's lecture will be precisely to present the municipality's new building code.

“We close 25 years we will be 350 thousand people living in Criciúma. There is no other way to prepare this city other than through housing and the qualification of the workforce.. How we can interfere less with our construction code will be presented at the fair, giving responsibilities to those who want to undertake, but not stopping the entrepreneur’s life”, ponders.

19h – Giving your 100%

Local: CasaPronta Auditorium

Speaker: Teco Padaratz, two-time world surfing champion, businessperson, musician and motivational speaker. Recognized as one of the biggest names in Brazilian surfing, was responsible for bringing stages of the Surfing World Cup to Santa Catarina and Rio de Janeiro.
