Five trends that visitors find in the corridors of the CasaPronta Tubarão Fair

Architect visited the stands and pointed out new features that exhibitors brought to the event

Throughout this week, Tubarão receives the main trends from the worlds of architecture, construction, furniture and decoration. The CasaPronta Fair brings together more than 100 exhibitors who present to the public the most modern in these sectors. Architect and urban planner Renata Lima visited the fair and pointed out five trends found in the corridors.

1 – Brazilianity

Café, the return of the glass brick, Brazilian stones and brands… More and more, architecture has embraced the country's culture, and this can be seen up close at the CasaPronta Tubarão Fair. The company Nandi Cortinas e Decorações brought this atmosphere to the stand, with furniture and decorative elements that refer to Brazilianness. “Brazilian brands are very strong, both in the national and international markets”, explains Renata.

2 – PVC Lining

PVC lining is not exactly new in the world of architecture., but continues to be on the rise in projects. According to the architect, the product has been reinventing itself over the years. “Today it hits the market with new colors and textures, expanding the possibilities for interior projects”, affirms.

3 – Automation

Doors that open by remote control, remotely triggered alarm systems, smart cameras with facial recognition, biometric locks and a host of other solutions. Automation is gaining more and more space in architectural projects and also in civil construction. “It brings the possibility of combining comfort, efficiency and safety”, evaluates Renata.

4 – Panels

For the architect, panels continue to be the “darlings” of professionals in the field due to the diversity of application possibilities in environments. “Here at the fair we find many options that help to enhance the value of spaces”, highlights.

5 – Sustainable solutions

Sustainable solutions are increasingly present in civil construction and architecture. Among the various options found at the fair is the house model built with an innovative system of construction modules made from blocks made from recycled plastic., presented in partnership by the companies Moduplast and Sublime Arquitetura.

Farol Shopping hosts the CasaPronta Tubarão Fair until Sunday

The 14th edition of the CasaPronta Tubarão Fair started on Wednesday, is 3, and brings together more than 100 exhibitors at Farol Shopping. Considered the largest fair in Santa Catarina focused on the civil construction sectors, furniture and decoration, the event continues until Sunday, is 7 of June, presenting solutions, trends and opportunities for those who want to build, renovate or decorate.
