The company Sorato Cimentos was at CasaPronta Tubarão for the first time. We left the fair with a feeling of satisfaction, it was a sensational event”, stresses.
Heidemann Construtora was also exhibiting its brand for the first time at CasaPronta Tubarão and made sales during the event. “We made excellent contacts, we had sales during the fair. We launched a venture in Laguna 15 days and we already have 28 units sold. CasaPronta Tubarão came to add”, says Adriano Garcia, commercial broker.
The company Madeireira Sachett, from Capivari de Baixo, sold 16 properties during CasaPronta Tubarão. “We work with prefabricated wooden houses. We work with wooden construction. For us the fair was surprising, as this is our first year participating. On the first day, In less than two hours we sold our first house. Anyway, from beginning to end, it was special. We will definitely return to 2025”, guarantees Pedro Corrêa, company owner.
The edition of the CasaPronta Fair in Tubarão has been taking place for 12 years. The event had a space of more than 4 thousand square meters. “Every year we are expanding the fair and growing year after year. In yet another edition we managed to exceed public expectations, over 35 thousand visitors during the five days of the event. We have already started preparations for the 13th edition”, comments the commercial director of NossaCasa Feiras e Eventos and organizer of CasaPronta, Jacqueline Backes. “In the next few days we will talk to all exhibitors to get a general overview and what we can improve and also understand the sales figures during the event”, adds.
Date set for next year
Em 2025, CasaPronta Tubarão takes place 4 a 8 of June. “We have already started preparing for the next edition. We know that the fair is already consolidated and the public of the Association of Municipalities of the Laguna Region (Amurel) is already used to it and looks forward to the event every year”, scores Jaqueline.
