CasaPronta: with virtual reality, visitors will be able to visit Forquilhinha residential

Visitors to the 21st edition of CasaPronta will find more than 200 exhibitors coming from Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná and São Paulo. The fair takes place 16 a 20 of October, at the José Ijair Conti Exhibition Pavilion, in Criciúma. In this year, the event will feature a stand that will offer an immersive and sensorial experience.

A condominium can be visited virtually. The idea is that the visitor feels, physically and virtually, the quality of life and comfort that the Essence Residence Club, located in Forquilhinha, offers. “The ephemeral architecture of the stand was developed to represent a piece of the condominium, using textures, aromas and details that refer to the real environment. The model is a fundamental part of the project, presenting in a clear and detailed way all the architectural aspects of the condominium, allowing visitors to visualize and understand the development as a whole”, comments Elinton Vieira Biehl, responsible for the stand.

Second Biehl, virtual reality allows visitors to experience the Essence Residence Club in an innovative and immersive way. “Visitors will be able to smell the aromas, the wind, the textures and observe the details of the condominium, as if they were walking through common areas. This experience goes beyond vision, activating other senses so that the visitor can have a realistic and impactful perception of what it is like to live at Essence”, highlights.

During the fair, visitors will be able to see the Essence Residence Club project, including land layout, common areas, the services and facilities that the condominium offers. “People will be able to understand the unique features that make Essence a unique place to live, such as integration with nature, focus on quality of life, and the high standard of finishing. Location information, plot plans and customization possibilities will also be available, all with the aim of helping the visitor to make an informed decision”, ensures.

According to Biehl, The objective is to provide visitors with a memorable and differentiated experience. “We want people to experience the Essence Residence Club in an immersive and emotional way, feeling how special this venture is and how much it can add to the quality of life.
