AgroPonte 2026 expands structure and gains space dedicated to rural culture

The 15th edition of AgroPonte, which will be carried out 12 a 16 August 2026 in Criciúma, arrives with a new feature that reinforces the historical character of this edition. Consolidated as the largest agribusiness fair in Santa Catarina, the event once again expands its structure and now has a new space that will host a program focused on rural culture.

The environment will be set up in the Municipal Gym, which is integrated into the José Ijair Conti Pavilion, where the fair is traditionally held. The new space is called “Agroponte – The Culture of the Country Man” e will be dedicated to Santa Catarina culture, bringing together cultural and musical presentations, as well as an exhibition of regional drinks and gastronomy.

“AgroPonte reaches its 15th edition, even more complete. We are expanding not only the physical structure, but the audience experience, connecting business, knowledge and now also rural culture in a single environment”, highlights the director of Nossacasa Feiras e Eventos and creator of the fair, Willi Backes.

Parallel programming enriches the experience of those who visit AgroPonte

Reference in the sector, AgroPonte brings together the livestock farming segments, family agriculture, Technology and Industry, in addition to promoting business, exchange of knowledge and serve as a true bridge between the countryside and the city. In the edition of 2025, the event reached historic numbers, with the presence of more than 100 thousand visitors from different regions of Brazil.

When walking through the fair aisles, the visitor will not only find a wide variety of exhibitors, but also has access to a schedule of parallel events. Among the highlights is the traditional Family Farming Business Round, which connects regional producers and supermarket buyers, Ceasa wholesalers and licensees.

Another highlight of the fair is the Bovine Breed Judgment, which brings together specialized technical assessment – in the last edition, with the participation of the Nelore and Brahman breeds – conducted by a jury from the Brazilian Association of Zebu Breeders (ABCZ). The program also includes technical classes on cattle breeds, horse management demonstrations with a focus on animal welfare, Equine Therapy Arena and a schedule of lectures focused on innovation, sustainability, Rural Production and Market.
